We collect and use your personal information in order for us to process your profit & loss accounts, income tax returns, corporation tax returns, VAT returns & payroll.

What happens if I do not provide my personal information?

We need your personal information in order to process your profit & loss accounts & tax returns. If we do not collect your personal information we will not be able to provide our services to you.

We may share your personal information with:

  • Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs;
  • Other legal authorities if required by law;
  • Credit reference institutions upon your consent – for example for a mortgage application or rent reference.

We may pass your information to our third party partners, agents, sub contractors & other associated organisations specifically to complete tasks on your behalf. When we utilise third parties we will only make available any personal information that is required in order to deliver the appropriate service on your behalf.
